I absolutely love Dr. Roberts and the staff at Concord Parkway Animal Hospital. I have been bringing my pets there for years, and they seem to like everyone, as well! They are very attentive and professional, and Dr. Roberts is the most genuinely caring vet I’ve ever met!

I realized last minute today on the way to my dogs grooming appointment he was behind on his rabies vaccine. I pulled into the parking lot and they took Maverick back immediately. I am new to the area and was a new patient. All of the employees were so kind and great with my German Shepherd, Maverick. I highly recommend this vet and will be taking my pets here for good.

When our dog got sick, they really helped him through to the end of his life a few weeks later. They presented the options without trying to upsell pointless blood tests or X-rays. Mostly, they are just wonderful people. Very kind and sympathetic, and not outrageously expensive.

I have been a patron of Concord Parkway Animal Hospital for 10 years, ever since I moved to Concord. I have always found them to be friendly, compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. We have laughed together, cried together, and I even got one of my fur babies, Rocky, from them. I have recommended them to other pet parents and will continue to do so.

Very friendly staff. We were in and out quickly, and before the vet even performed his exam, he could tell what was wrong with our dog (Riley) within about 3 seconds of walking in the door. The meds we received started working immediately, and a week later, her infection is cleared up and she’s doing great! Highly recommend 😊 Thank you, team!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have used them as a vet clinic for 12 years, and the staff are amazing. We had to put Brownie down this week, and the staff were so kind to us. I thought of one word to describe them and came up with “compassion”. We can never repay them for the excellent care but we hope they know they are appreciated.
